T.M.Lewin AW26: The Everyday Wardrobe, Sharpened
T.M.Lewin’s Autumn/Winter 2026 collection takes a more considered approach to the clothes men actually wear, moving beyond its established businesswear territory into investment pieces, elevated casualwear and more practical commuter dressing.
The shift is most apparent in the collection’s new investment pieces. The bestselling gilet returns in Italian Guabello wool, while a single-breasted overcoat is made from 100% Italian wool. The Thomas Mayes Lewin Shirt is crafted in Portugal from Italian Canclini twill and finished with mother-of-pearl buttons.
There is a similarly practical approach to the new Travel Trouser. Cut from four-way stretch fabric, it is water-repellent, antibacterial and easy to iron, with a slim silhouette and reflective tape inside the seam for cyclists. It is a commuter trouser designed around the reality of getting to work rather than simply looking like one.
Elsewhere, the collection builds around the textures that make an autumn wardrobe work: flannel, cord, wool and knitwear, with layering central to the proposition. The established tailoring offer continues with Italian wool-blend suits, while the seasonal line-up also extends into eveningwear.
For black-tie season, the Kew Velvet Dinner Jacket brings a peak-lapel silhouette into the collection at £250.
The interesting part of AW26 is the breadth: T.M.Lewin is treating the modern menswear wardrobe as something that has to move between office, commute, weekend and evening without requiring an entirely different uniform for each.
