Mark Strong Fronts Sunspel’s Autumn Winter 2026 Campaign

Sunspel has cast Mark Strong as the face of its Autumn Winter 2026 campaign, continuing a relationship between the British actor and the 160-year-old British clothing brand.

Strong appears throughout the campaign wearing pieces from the new collection, with Sunspel’s Grade A cashmere knitwear given particular attention for AW26. The collection also includes the brand’s established everyday pieces, including its Classic T-shirt and Riviera Polo Shirt.

It is a straightforward pairing. Strong’s wardrobe has generally favoured considered, traditional menswear rather than fashion-led dressing, making him a natural choice for a brand whose identity is built around long-running staples.

Away from the campaign imagery, Strong has also narrated a new series of Sunspel films looking at the history of its most recognisable garments. The first instalments focus on the Classic T-shirt and Riviera Polo Shirt, examining their development alongside the company’s approach to fabrics and manufacturing.

Strong’s involvement also gives Sunspel a recognisable face with a substantial film, television and theatre career. His credits include Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, The Imitation Game, 1917, Sherlock Holmes and the Kingsman films, alongside more recent roles in The Penguin, Dune: Prophecy and Nine Perfect Strangers.

For the AW26 campaign, though, the clothes remain the point. Cashmere knitwear sits alongside the familiar Sunspel wardrobe, with the collection now available in stores and online.
