David Gandy Fronts Jaeger’s Autumn/Winter 2026 Menswear Collection

David Gandy returns as the face of Jaeger for Autumn/Winter 2026, fronting a collection that puts British menswear fundamentals — tailoring, knitwear and considered layering — firmly back in focus.

Titled The Quiet Season, the AW26 collection takes its cue from the British countryside, with a wardrobe built around evergreen, sage and ecru. The palette keeps things restrained, while the interest comes through fabric, proportion and texture.

Tailoring remains central, but Jaeger has softened the traditional structure. Jackets are cut with easier constructions and contemporary proportions, making them less formal without losing their tailored character. It is an approach that fits the way many men actually dress now: tailoring worn with knitwear, layered pieces and more relaxed separates rather than treated as a complete uniform.

Fabric is where the collection makes its strongest case. Lightweight merino-silk, pure cashmere and Italian wool sit alongside wool-cashmere blends, flannel and shearling. The emphasis is on natural fibres and tactile finishes rather than unnecessary detailing.

Gandy, who became the face of Jaeger earlier this year, brings the collection’s polished but relaxed direction into focus. His long association with British menswear makes the partnership an obvious fit, particularly for a collection centred on classic silhouettes rather than seasonal novelty.

For AW26, Jaeger is essentially refining its existing vocabulary: softer tailoring, substantial knitwear and quality fabrics, with enough modernity in the cut to keep the wardrobe relevant.
