Cult Gaia Enters Menswear With Its First Spring/Summer 2026 Collection

There’s a certain confidence required to enter menswear for the first time. For Cult Gaia, that debut arrives with its Spring/Summer 2026 Men’s Collection, a range that extends the label’s sculptural design language into a wardrobe built for heat, movement, and modern masculinity.

The campaign was photographed in Praia do Arpoador, on the edge of Ipanema, where the rhythm of the ocean sets the tone for the collection. Rio’s energy isn’t simply a location choice; it informs the way the clothes behave. Lightweight fabrics open to the air, silhouettes relax, and colour is drawn directly from the landscape.

At the centre of the collection is linen tailoring, cut with ease rather than rigidity. Jackets sit softly on the body, trousers breathe, and the overall effect is a kind of warm-weather tailoring that feels natural rather than formal. Cotton pieces follow the same philosophy, designed to move with the wearer rather than restrict them.

Outerwear introduces more texture. Several pieces feature intricate embroidery, creating surfaces that feel almost tapestry-like. The colour palette moves through ocean blues, sun-faded coral, and darker tones that echo the Brazilian dusk. It’s a considered shift from the lighter fabrics elsewhere in the collection, adding dimension without losing the relaxed tone.

Denim arrives through a structured workwear lens. High-waisted cuts, visible topstitching, and oversized patch pockets give the pieces a utilitarian edge. They feel deliberate, but not heavy-handed — practical clothes with a bit of attitude.

Then there is swimwear, which plays a central role in a collection built around coastal living. The silhouettes sit close to the body, printed with warm patterns designed to shift with movement, water, and light.

What’s notable about this first outing is the way the brand approaches masculinity. Rather than leaning into traditional codes, the collection favours something more relaxed: physical, expressive, and comfortable in its own space.

The Cult Gaia Spring/Summer 2026 Men’s Collection is available now at cultgaia.com and in Cult Gaia boutiques.
