The Couture Club Captures Urban Summer Style with Summer In The City
Summer dressing in Britain has always been about making the most of the moment. When the sun finally appears, wardrobes shift overnight. The Couture Club's latest collection, Summer In The City, taps into that familiar rhythm, delivering a wardrobe built for long afternoons, rooftop evenings and city streets at their brightest.
Launching in two instalments on 15 and 29 July at 19:00 BST, exclusively via thecoutureclub.com, the collection takes the Manchester-born label's relaxed aesthetic and gives it a sharper seasonal focus.
For men, the standout pieces come in the form of outerwear. A washed black denim trucker jacket anchors the first drop with understated confidence, while the second introduces what is arguably the collection's hero piece: a tan real suede trucker jacket, styled with wide-leg trousers and the brand's emblem cap. It's an elevated take on casual dressing without losing the easy-going attitude that has defined The Couture Club.
Elsewhere, the collection leans into vintage references with graphic T-shirts inspired by the brand's Manchester roots, alongside relaxed striped shirts, a cupro funnel-neck zip-through, upgraded Bermuda shorts and lightweight layered separates. The palette remains muted and versatile, making each piece easy to work into an existing wardrobe rather than demanding an entirely new one.
While Summer In The City spans both menswear and womenswear, it's the refined outerwear and considered casual staples that give the men's offering its strongest identity.
