Huntsman and Truefitt & Hill Bring Grooming to the Row
Savile Row tailoring meets old-world barbering as two British institutions unite for a week-long menswear-led grooming residency at Huntsman’s Club Room this January.
On Savile Row this January, two British institutions with nothing left to prove are quietly doing what they do best — and doing it together. Huntsman and Truefitt & Hill have announced a week-long in-store experience that brings tailoring and grooming into sharp alignment, hosted inside the Huntsman Club Room at 11 Savile Row.
Running from 19–25 January 2026, Sharp Style, Groomed & Tailored places Truefitt & Hill’s master barbers in residence at one of the Row’s most recognisable addresses. Traditional hot towel wet shaves, haircuts, beard and moustache trims are offered daily, alongside considered advice on maintaining a polished look long after leaving the chair. It’s not about reinvention — it’s about refinement.
For Huntsman, whose one-button silhouette has dressed statesmen, film stars and style obsessives for over 175 years, the collaboration feels instinctive. Savile Row tailoring has always been about proportion, posture and presence. Grooming, here, becomes an extension of the suit rather than an afterthought — another detail that sharpens the line.
Truefitt & Hill, founded in 1805 and widely regarded as the world’s oldest barbershop, brings its own weight of history. Having served nine reigning monarchs and generations of leading men, the brand’s approach remains rooted in tradition but delivered with modern precision. The treatments are classic; the execution is quietly contemporary.
There’s also a nod to British craftsmanship beyond the Row. Guests taking part will be entered into a raffle to win an Ultimate Grooming Experience at Truefitt & Hill’s St James’s flagship, alongside a Highgrove Collection gift set created in partnership with The King’s Foundation — a detail that underscores the heritage without leaning too heavily on it.
