A major new exhibition at the Hayward Gallery brings together sculptures and installations to explore perception and space, and has all of London talking.

Featuring twenty artists and work that spans 50 years, the exhibition features innovative pieces that have been made in response to the architecture of the gallery and its space. Many pieces are created from translucent materials such as glass, acrylic and polyester resins whilst others utilise reflective materials like stainless steel and brass.

Often large and hugely technical, a number of the pieces are highly accomplished in the way that they help us better understand space and how we perceive it. It is also an apt celebration of 50 years of the gallery.
