Heritage in Motion: Antler Launches Refined New Luggage Line for the Modern Traveller
Antler has never been a brand that rushes. With over a century of experience behind it, the British luggage maker knows a thing or two about moving with purpose. This month, it introduces the Heritage Collection—a two-piece capsule engineered with the kind of slow, exacting attention that makes fast fashion look noisy.
The lineup begins with the Heritage Stripe Cabin, launched on April 29th, a polycarbonate hard-shell carry-on with a weight-to-strength ratio that’ll keep you moving smoothly through terminals and taxi queues. Its aluminium frame and reinforced corners nod to Antler’s trunk-making heritage, balancing vintage cues with the tech needed for today’s global rhythm. The cabin case is lean but considered, engineered to glide, protect, and perform.
The real scene-stealer, though, is the Heritage Stripe Trunk. Made to order and arriving in autumn, it’s built for those with longer stays—and larger wardrobes. A reworked 1950s silhouette designed for voyage-style packing, the 90L trunk replaces the standard zip with a double-latch TSA lock system. It’s a proper piece of kit, with a focus on modular organisation for the way people actually travel now.
For design-led travellers, two colourways elevate the aesthetic: Sandstone, a warm neutral evoking British coastal paths, and Basalt, a deep slate grey channeling rugged cliff faces. Both strike a balance between function and quiet style.
In a nod to those who still believe travel should look good off the tarmac too, the collection includes a UK-made Heritage Tote, built in water-repellent organic cotton canvas with Scottish leather detailing, and a hand-finished Heritage Tag to match.
Antler may not shout, but this collection speaks volumes. The Heritage Collection is available at antler.com.
