Ahluwalia x poppi: The £28 Fashion Charm from the Runway

Fashion’s accessory obsession has found another outlet. Ahluwalia has teamed up with viral soda brand poppi on a limited-edition beaded charm, following its debut at the label’s SS27 London Fashion Week show.

The collaboration marks two firsts: poppi’s first UK fashion partnership and the first charm from designer Priya Ahluwalia. Styled by Nell Kalonji onto jacket zips, belt loops and key looks on the runway, the accessory offers a smaller, more accessible entry point into Ahluwalia’s world.

Hand-strung with glass and precious stone beads, it comes in three colourways inspired by poppi flavours: cobalt blue (Wild Berry), lime green (Lemon Lime) and orange (Orange). An engraved poppi x Ahluwalia bead finishes each design.

At £28, it’s an easy way to bring a little personality to everyday menswear. Clip it onto a jacket zip, attach it to a belt loop or use it to customise a bag. The scale is modest; the colour does the talking. For Ahluwalia, the project extends the label’s approach to self-expression beyond clothing. “This collaboration isn’t a departure from what I do – it’s an extension of it,” says Priya Ahluwalia, describing the charm as a way to encourage people to experiment with how they wear and reinvent accessories.

The poppi x Ahluwalia charm is available now at ahluwalia.world, priced at £28, while stocks last.
