Over indulged during a weekend of sunshine, roast dinners and Easter eggs? Fear not, your at home fitness journey has not stopped. We have teamed up with model, personal trainer and online coach Rory McCall for workouts that you can do at home. To help feel more like yourself, and less like a couch potato, start the day with Rory’s dumbbell conditioning workout. 

The total workout should take around 30 minutes and you should complete 6 rounds in total of the below, with 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off of each exercise.
