Workouts with Rory: One dumbbell full body workout

With gyms remaining closed for the foreseeable future, working out at home has become the new norm. The Rakish Gent has teamed up with model, personal trainer and online coach Rory McCall which you can do at home. For his next workout, all you need is one dumbbell. 

The workout is structured as a 30 minute every minute on the minute over 5 rounds. Complete each exercise within the minute and rest the remainder. Adjust reps so that you are getting around 20 seconds rest after each exercise.
