Percival x Sophy Hollington

Percival has collaborated with Brighton based illustrator and artist Sophy Hollington on a small capsule collection, inspired by the rather spooky Icelandic ghost story The Deacon of Dark River. 

Saving you the time to Google, the story is one of a woman who is conned into going for a horse ride with the ghost of her dead boyfriend and former deacon. Now depicted on Percival’s 200-gram cotton jersey fabric, Sophy produced a hand-carved linocut which was embroidered and then screen printed in London. The rather delicate and thought provoking designs are now available in a short and long sleeve version as well as a sweatshirt and hoodie.
