Town Tales: Dunhill’s SS25 Chapter One
Dunhill’s Spring/Summer 2025 campaign, Chapter One: Town, brings a fresh lens to the brand’s hallmark elegance, capturing the essence of modern city life. Shot on the ornate streets of St. James’s, London, photographer Louis Alberto Rodriguez showcases a cast of polished gentlemen—Shaun Dewet, Jino Chun, Quentin Demeester, and Stan Taylor—navigating the urban landscape in style.
Under Creative Director Simon Holloway, the collection offers a meticulously crafted wardrobe tailored for spring’s diverse demands. Lightweight suiting takes center stage, featuring the Bourdon suit in pale and mid-grey tropical wool. Single and double-breasted cuts, crafted in heritage mills in Somerset and Yorkshire, demonstrate Dunhill’s commitment to British artisanship. Complementing the suiting is an outerwear range that merges practicality with elegance. Key pieces include a beige merino wool double-breasted trench with a suede-trimmed collar and a water-resistant wool whipcord topcoat. For a more casual touch, the whiskey suede Trail jacket stands out, combining relaxed style with luxurious craftsmanship.
Accessories play a pivotal role, with Dunhill introducing the Century collection, its most refined leather goods line yet. Sleek calf leather designs, inspired by the iconic Rollagas lighter, include minimalist briefcases, totes in various sizes, and a generously sized holdall—ideal for travel.
Simon Holloway’s vision celebrates a balanced approach to modern city dressing, offering versatility without compromising on sophistication. The result is a collection that elegantly bridges tradition and innovation, meeting the demands of contemporary life with signature Dunhill refinement.
