dunhill launch the Compendium Parka

dunhill has just launched a new concept in outerwear, the Compendium Parka - a functional, timeless and utilitarian piece.

Inspired by a men’s compact found in the dunhill archive, the unique object featured miniature practical tools including a cigarette case, pocket knife, lighter and watch. So versatility is a the heart of the garment and the parka can be worn in various ways - zipped away to become a jacket, and the lining detached to become a separate piece in its own right. Made up of four distinct components, each element is a different weight and fabrication making the piece incredibly adaptable for the seasons.

Eco-conscious materials like a regenerated nylon made from waste materials including fishing nets, carpets and fabrics have been used alongside an animal friendly shearling.

From £895 and available at dunhill.
