What were you each doing before you started to work together on BOSH!?

Prior to BOSH!, we collaborated at a tech startup, gaining invaluable experience. The key takeaway for us was the importance of passion in our work. This realization guided us towards creating BOSH!, where we could channel our energy into something we deeply care about.

What was behind the decision to pursue a vegan lifestyle?

Our journey to veganism began with a focus on health benefits. However, as our understanding deepened about animal agriculture's impact on the environment and its role in climate change, our motivation evolved. Today, our commitment to a plant-based diet is primarily driven by environmental concerns.

How did this evolve into the videos and books that we are familiar with today?

We recognized a niche in the digital space for plant-based cooking tutorials. This gap inspired us to start creating our own recipe videos, which quickly gained popularity, eventually leading to our publishing deal for plant-based cookbooks.

How did the YouTube channel grow into a business?

Over seven years, our free recipes on social media have helped us cultivate a strong relationship with our audience, built on trust and rapport. This connection has been pivotal in transitioning our social media channels into a business.

Was it important to you that the content be accessible?

Yes, absolutely. Our goal is to make plant-based cooking appealing and accessible to everyone. By broadening our reach, we hope to change perceptions about vegan food, showcasing its delicious possibilities.

What was the thought process behind the recipes you selected for your books?

Plant-Based Food for Everyone encapsulates our philosophy and guided our recipe selection for the books. We strive to create dishes that are not only delicious but also easy to prepare, catering to a wide audience.

How did the collaboration with Costa coffee come about?

Our collaboration with Costa Coffee began a few years back with a Veganuary project. This initial partnership blossomed into a deeper relationship, culminating in a delicious range that we believe will be well-received.

What do you hope to achieve with the collaboration?

With Costa, our mission is simple yet ambitious: to increase plant-based options across the UK. Partnering with the nation's largest cafe chain gives us a tremendous platform to achieve this.

What advice would you give to those that have been thinking about veganism or a plant based diet?

Our advice is to embrace it wholeheartedly! Our experience has been transformative, and we believe it could be just as rewarding for others. It's a journey of discovery and a positive step towards personal and environmental health.
